On the 3.83 update, and since, the equipment manager does not allow me to change sets.
On my shaman, I have a healing set and an elemental set. I select a set, and but both the 'equip' and 'save' buttons are greyed out. I've tried to create a new set, but that does not change the buttons at all - they remain greyed out and unclickable.
I do not use the ElvUI bag manager, having used Arkinventory for a long time (being satisfied with it and the settings and filters I've created with it to sort items) and have the ElvUI bag manager disabled. I get no errors; just to be sure I re-installed ElvUI from a download straight from the website, restarted WoW, everything I could do.
If other information is required, please let me know and I will provide it.

If it was the old Blizzard error where sometimes you lose your gearsets your equipment list would be blank so it shouldn't be that. I'd say try making a gearset with 0 addon's on and then gradually add one of them to the mix. I only say this because I don't have any issues with the gear manager so it's gotta be an addon or something you're doing.
