After you have set up tukui on one toon and you want to keep it the same for the others, what do you do? Do you have to edit each one by themselves? Is there a setting for this that I am missing? What about with new toons?

The settings are stored across your characters. If you want to have different settings on each character tick the box in the upper right corner of your in game tukui menu (type /tukui in game), the box is labeled something like "Set settings Per-Character".

When I log into a character that I haven't played on since downloading Tukui the settings are different than the ones from my main character.

Did you uncheck the box like Darkieth told you to? You should do that on both toons I think.

All the toons have that box unchecked. Still when I log into another toon, I have to set up the UI.

The new toon setup with Tukui is different from Tukui settings, the setup on each toon just apply some Blizzard settings that Tukui need when you launch our add-on for the first time for this character. It doesn't affect your Tukui settings at all if your settings is accross all toons.
Back on WoW for MoP, streaming almost everytime I play here.

What I am asking is how can I get the same edited UI settings on all my toons.
Right now I have to set up each toon seperatly, even when the box for "set settings per character" is unchecked.
All I want to know is if there is a way to "save" or "copy" the UI from my main (position of frames, target, raid etc) without having to move them for each toon.
