Since you are using a plugin that adds the tag, you need to have a look if the AddOn is updated.

Check your other AddOns. Maybe its a WeakAura or sth.

Nah, thats an really old layout were i play druid heal. I must update the screenshot tho ^^

There is currently no options, besides from removing only the class buffs. Will think about of maybe adding it in the future.

i just added an option for that. Will be in my next version.
