Chat bubble disabled?

It's a blizzard option. So hit esc go to interface options and look for a tick box there on one of the tabs

How can I add new font type instead of tukui fonts?

You need to replace actual fonts or start creating a external addon

TukUI themed damage meters

If it is possible then AddonSkins does the job. You need this for embedding. Not sure if there is an option to embed it into the left chat though.

Disable no. Hide there should be a mousover arrow top right corner of the questtracker
