Well let's do math!
1 minute is 60 seconds which is 10 x .1.

We multiply 60 seconds by .1 which is 6 seconds.

So since we solved what .1 is.. therefore .2 is 12 seconds.

Those appear to be Player Buffs.

You disable the Skin and it goes back to Blizzard Style.

Sure can. Disable the Bag Splits in the Bag settings.
