my Elvui isnt loading and showing up in my addons https://imgur.com/jNxYQoF i deleted the WTF folder and it still doesnt work

If ElvUI isn’t in your addons folder, it certainly isn’t going to load in game.

Download ElvUI manually or via the Tukui client.
