Same here, after clean re-install the issue remains, doing it manually makes no difference either.

The classic era version shows as up to date, the BC and Retail one say out of date even though the ingame versions are correct.

I assume it's just a bug, the only thing it really affects is my eyes

Hate to add to the "same here" train - but... same here. Client shows out of date for both retail and classic, tries to update but fails, yet in-game versions are apparently up to date and work just fine as usual.

Have removed client and associated files and done a clean install several times- didn't help.

Realise this isn't a major problem, but a fix would be appreciated.

Followed clean install instructions and latest version (12.48 manually installed) shows 1.46 still in the client for me as well. I think I noticed this started ~12.44 release onwards, so a week or two prior to 9.1.5 retail patch drop.

Same issue here, What I believe is happening is TukUI is getting the version installed from the ElvUI_Classic.toc file instead of ElvUI_Mainline.toc, simply opening ElvUI_Classic.toc and changing the version number to match your current mainline version resolves the issue. Likewise renaming the ElvUI_Classic.toc or deleting it achieve the same goal as well.

Same issue here, also re-installed the TukUI client. Indeed seems a version tag issue in the ElvUI AddOn itself. Guess we'll have to wait until a next version is tagged of ElvUI.
