In the latest TBCC client (2.07), movement speed isn't functioning correctly. It's actually showing the PREVIOUS movement speed. For example, if you mount up, it will report 100%. Dismount, and it will suddenly show 212% (w/ carrot, spurs, and gloves). Basically, if you change your speed somehow, it's showing what your speed WAS, not what it IS.
Btw, I also have Enhanced Character Stats, and it shows speed correctly, so I don't think it's a Blizzard bug.
Before reporting a bug, try to do a clean re-install:
- Remove all entries of Tukui Client from Add/Remove Programs.
- Remove data folder for Tukui Client:
- Open a Windows Explorer window (folder).
- Type the following in the address bar and press Enter:

%localappdata% - Find the Tukui folder and delete it.
- Download the latest version of the Tukui Client and install it.
