@Tukz upgrades accounts manually, so it isn’t automatic. I have alerted Tukz so he can look into this for you.
I recommend backing up your WTF folder - where your profiles for all addons, including ElvUI are stored.

I can see that you have been upgraded which is great.

I'm not sure why you reported my post for illegal links to software.
