Basically the Enhanced Veichle Bar didn't show at all in any scenario i can't even see it in the "Toggle Anchors" option, This problem starts after the 12.38 elvui versione, i have not installed new addons, i have not modified my UI at all. I have all my actions bars in Mouse over so when i jump on a Quest or in a veichle that buttons my Action Bar 1 show the veichle buttons but is in mouse over, thats why i was using the S&L enhanced veichle bar.

Just tried with the Elvui version 12.37 and the ehanced vehicle bar from S&L works perfectly so i guess is something with the new releases both 12.38 and the newest one 12.39 version on elvui bugs the Enhanced Veihcle Bar from S&L (4.26)

Latest patch fixed the issue, know the ehanced veihcle bar is visible but the buttons are not visible:
