2I ended up using "/tukui move" to move the window to the top of the screen, so you only see FPS, Micro Menu + Money

3You can find the name of any frame by mousing over and using this:
/dump GetMouseFocus():GetName()
Though I'm not sure how much that will help you actually disable it.
