Is there a way to move the threat bar?

So the threat bar is located in bottom right(ish) area of screen. and when it is active (as in combat) it blocks the information bars down there (set to show latency, fps, and soem other stuff).

I noticed it doesnt appear on alt's setup at all.

So anyone know how to disable it?

It can be moved between the left and right chat datatext or disabled, but can’t be moved freely.

I always recommend backing up your WTF folder - where your profiles/settings for all addons, including ElvUI are stored.
