Chat background should only be active separately when active. (fade option)

Hello everybody,

I have a question about the ElvUI chat.
I of course used the search option here before and found this: https://git.tukui.org/elvui/elvui/issues/510.
Can this Inactivity timer already be found in the chat options?
Because actually I want the same thing, only that the chat background is separate from other chat frames.

I want the chat to fade when there is no activity.
This is also currently possible with the MerathilisUI plugin and the chat fade.

My problem is, however, as soon as I come into battle the chat activates even though nothing is written in the general chat.
In addition, both chat frames will then become active because the loot chat is being written (because of the loot).
I think the windows are connected to each other ?!

Is there no option or can one express the wish that the chat frame eg the general chat is only displayed if something is written in the chat (with the background together !!!).

I am currently using the addon "Chatter" where this is possible and only the chat frame is active if something happens there. For example, only the loot window becomes active when I get loot.

You could of course deactivate the chat background, but if I then move the mouse over it, then I have no background at all. Which I think is a shame if you want to read a little better. Because the game background itself is just so bright.

I hope you understand what I mean. I also have a video attached to it.
