The bar that for example shows in fights like Demonic Inquisition, is there a way to make it also show the number / percentage in it without having to mouseover over the bar?
Can't find such options in the ElvUI settings, am I missing them or is there just no way to do so?

#3I mean, it does provide the alternative resource bar, so I don't see how it's impossible to simply remove the "mouseover" part of it.

#4No ElvUI doesn't provide the bar, WoW does. ElvUI gives you a way to move it but how it functions is determined by Blizzard. ElvUI doesn't provide an option to remove the mouse-over requirement. I'm not sure how easy/hard it would be to do.
